We'll continue that sequence until we hit the 15 minute mark. Cater the walking pace to YOUR fitness level to get the most out of the workout. Whether you walk, jog or run is totally up to what works best for you and your body. This is great at home workout for weight loss while also getting stronger and more toned. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 2726 steps (if you go at my pace). If you jog or run, your step count will be much higher.
