It’s possible to lose weight while still hitting your protein goals! Affordable and easy to prep.🥚 Eggs & Egg Whites – 6 egg whites + 1 whole egg = 28g of protein and just 173 calories.🥤 Protein Shakes – Most powders (plant-based or whey) have 15-30g of protein per scoop, with 70-100 calories. Whichever of these foods you choose to implement in your day-to-day, make sure you are consistent with hitting your protein and calorie goals.
