Ingredients from original recipe (makes 2 servings): 2 heads romaine lettuce 1/2 cup spinach (I use 1 cup per serving) 1/2 cup coconut water (I use plain water, 1/2 cup per serving) 1 banana 1 apple 1 pear 1 lemon 4 stalks celery Directions: Roughly chop produce, core apple and pear, and remove skin from lemon. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. This recipe makes a double batch. Reserve half of your ingredients if you don't want to blend two servings at once. Substitute ingredients as desired or make additions! Mint and parsley are great in this.
