Do you need to lose weight before you start strength training? 🤔 Contrary to what some fitness influencers might be saying here and there on the internet, this is actually false!  Building a nutritional habit and also building a strength training routine at first can be scary (for some of us, it might even feel like we’re facing the elite 4 in the final Pokémon gym.
