Signs / symptoms: GI: abd pain, nonbloody diarrhea, oral ulcers, malabsorption, weight loss, fistula/abscess formation Extraintestinal: MSK (arthritis), eye (uveitis, episcleritis); skin (erythema nodosum, pyoderma gangrenosum) Diagnosis: High WBCs, iron deficiencty anemia, high inflammatory markers (ESR, CRP) Endoscopy: focal ulcerations adjacent to normal mucosa (cobblestoning), skip lesions Radiography: strictures, bowel wall thickening Treatment: 5-ASA drugs, corticosteroids, antibiotics Azathioprine Anti-TNF therapies
