Ingredients: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or full fat coconut milk) 1 small banana 1 cup frozen mango 🥭 chunks 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 🍍 chunks 1 cup kale ( blanched to reduce oxalic acid in most dark greens ) 2 tbs organic sprouted pumpkin seeds or cashew nuts or almond( I got this one from costco) Blend them altogether and serves 2. Tips: I ususally buy two big bunches of fresh kale every time, wash and blanch them all together, divide them into small batches(the amount i need for soothie), put them into separate zip lock bags and freeze them. Then whenever you want a smoothie, just take it out of the freezer and dump it into your blender. This hack is a life saver for me, hopefully you enjoy it too.^^ Thanks for watching.
