@foodieb aka Chantal Marie is a Youtuber who can't decide whether she's a Mukbang channel or on a public Weight Loss journey. She's famous for her cycle of eating insane amounts of food one day - and promising to diet and get healthy the next. Her ambivalence about changing her behaviour is fuelled by the battle between her many health concerns and her love of binge eating. In this video we'll be discussing why Chantal Marie may as well not bother dieting again - unless she's willing to address her fast food obsession first. I discuss how her desire to continue eating the way she has been makes it impossible for her to change her behaviour.
