What I eat in a day. Day 63 weight loss journey. Average weight loss the past week was .8 pounds. I will take it. I had to remind myself this last week that slow and steady wins the race. Sometimes I get in that mindset of I need to lose it faster but I also know what that leads to unhealthy eating habits, being unable to adhere to my macros, and constantly thinking about food due to restricting too much. Anyways I have been way better at eating more fruits and veggies. Even though I did have some days I was super low on fiber. My biofeedback is still really good. Sleep and recovery are good so I’m going to continue my cut for now. The biggest area that I want to lose fat is my waist and it’s always the last to go.
