Weight Loss Cabbage Soup! If your goal is to eat healthier then this recipe is for you! πͺπ½ This soup is great when you want to jump start your diet or get back on track again! 1 Tbsp Olive oil 1/2 onion diced 2 cloves of garlic minced Handful of cilantro chopped 1/2 Green bell pepper diced 2 celery stalks chopped 3 carrots peeled and sliced 1 zucchini sliced 1 diced tomato (or use canned) 1/4 cabbage head chopped 1 carton chicken broth 1 cup water Tomato sauce 8 oz 1 packet sazon Basil Oregano Salt to taste Heat oil in a pot, once oil is hot add onion, bell pepper, cilantro, and garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes on low. Then add celery, carrots, tomato, zucchini, and cabbage and mix. Add broth and water to the pot. Then Add seasonings mix and Bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low to medium heat for 20 minutes. Add more salt to taste if necessary and enjoy! Cabbage soup is very low calorie which is why people usually experience weight loss while eating it. You can customize this to your liking. Only add the veggies you like! You can add your favorite seasoning and hot sauce to make it your own too π I like to eat a bowl as a meal replacement and as a snack if Iβm feeling hungry until itβs gone.
