Give it a mix for 1 min till well coated then remove and set aside - Cook the onion and garlic on medium low heat for 5-6 mins till soft and translucent then add spices and mix for a minute - Add the milk and cream cheese on low heat then mix till smooth. Let it bubble slightly till thick then add the cooked pasta. Mix till well combined - This meal prep freezes especially well and is easy to reheat.
