Otherwise it won’t last 🤷♀️ And yummy aesthetic recipes is huge part of making the whole thing worthwhile! So here’s the recipe: • 1/2 cup soy or coconut yogurt • 1 scoop (15g) pea/soy protein (I choose unflavoured pure protein) • 1/4 cup homemade granola (I roasted 1 cup of oats on a hot pan with 1 tsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tsp pumpkin spice mix) • handful of your fav berries - I chose blueberries • drizzle of maple syrup • 1/2 banana for more sweetness Mix protein with yogurt, add the rest of ingredients and enjoy!
