As I've learned and grown through the discipline I came to realize that calisthenics training can be extremely effective. In many ways, calisthenics can even be considered a superior form of training due to some pretty big advantages. Some of these advantages are so big, it's almost as if they are unfair when compared to conventional methods. This is especialy the case for when it comes to fighting weight gain and maintaining fat loss.
