Ingredients •2 cans tuna, 5 ounces each (283g), l use @wildplanetfoods • ¼ of an English cucumber (or 1 Persian cucumber) •10 cherry tomatoes • ¼ of a red onion • 1 stalk celery • 10 olives (kalamata or green) •½ c fresh parsley •¼ c fresh dill • 1 large lemon, juiced (about ¼ cup lemon juice) •½ c plain Greek yogurt (56g) • ½ tsp garlic powder (1.5g) • ¼ tsp salt (1.5g), more to taste • ½ tsp black pepper (0.3g), more to taste • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (15ml) optional, but suggested especially if not using tuna packed in olive oil. Instructions • Chop the vegetables and fresh herbs including the English cucumbers, celery, fresh tomatoes, red onion, fresh parsley, dill, and olives. • Add the tuna, vegetables, herbs, and olives in a medium bowl. Add Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and olive oil.
