Ingredients: 1. Cabbage - 1/4th 2. Tomato - 1 whole 3. Masoor daal - 1/4th cup 4. Onion - 1 small 5. Ginger paste - 1/2 tspn 6. Garlic paste - 1/2 tspn 7. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn 8. Salt - as per taste 9. Oil - 1 tspn 10. Water - 3 to 4 cups Add 1 tspn oil to the pressure cooker. Once the oil heats up, add 1/2 tspn each of cumin seeds and garlic paste. Add the washed and cut vegetables ( onion, tomato, cabbage). Stir for 2 mins and then add salt as per taste. Now add washed and soaked masoor daal. Mix well and add ginger paste. Stir for some time and place the lid. Now, wait till 3 to 4 whistles on medium heat. Turn off the heat. Cool the mixture and add it in the mixer. Grind well and then check for any lumps.
