Veggie and Hummus Wrap 🌯 🌯 @only_fitnesfood @only_fitnesfood @only_fitnesfood Ingredients: Tortilla wraps (whole wheat, spinach, or your preferred variety) Hummus (store-bought or homemade) Assorted fresh vegetables, thinly sliced or shredded (such as lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, or any other veggies you enjoy) Sliced avocado (optional) Sprouts or microgreens (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Optional additions: feta cheese, olives, roasted red peppers, or any other desired toppings Instructions: Lay out a tortilla wrap on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of hummus evenly across the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Layer your desired fresh vegetables on top of the hummus. You can use a combination of lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, avocado, sprouts, or any other vegetables of your choice. If desired, sprinkle some salt and pepper over the veggies for added seasoning. Add any optional toppings you prefer, such as feta cheese, olives, or roasted red peppers.
