Not getting enough fat-soluble vitamins, (which are A, D, E, & K) can ruin your hormones by decreasing thyroid, progesterone, and testosterone, and increasing cortisol and estrogen - which will very likely increase fat accumulation. Here's how to get more fat-soluble vitamins without depleting them. First, get rid of polyunsaturated fatty acids from seed oils, which are found in nearly all processed foods. PUFA, in particular, can lead to the depletion of vitamin E. Don’t drink alcohol since this can disrupt absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and it also damages your liver where these nutrients are stored. Don’t supplement with synthetic forms of vitamin A. This can be really hard on your liver. It’s much better to consume grass-fed beef liver or take a quality desiccated beef liver supplement. Increase consumption of eggs, which contain all four fat-soluble vitamins Get more sunlight, which will synthesize vitamin D and help you optimize nearly all hormones in your body. Increase consumption of raw dairy, particularly in aged cheeses, which will be higher vitamin K. Grass-fed butter is great too. Supplementing with vitamin D, E, and K, are okay, but make sure that they’re in liquid form and not suspended in vegetable oils. I have affiliate links in my website if you want to see my preferred brands. A great meal example is to have some steak with a little butter, a few slices of raw cheese or a cup of raw milk, a half ounce to an ounce of grass-fed beef liver and then go for a walk in the sun. Have a little bit of fruit too and you’re good to go. #fatlosstips #weightlosstips #fatlosshelp ❤️❤️❤️ MY FAVORITE FAT LOSS TOOLS/RESOURCES (Supplements, Fat Loss Blood Tests, Books, Exercise Equipment, Home Goods) ❤️❤️❤️ https://metabolicupgrade.com/my-favorites/ ⭐⭐⭐ INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH TIM?
