I'm loving that winemakers are playing around with sugar levels because more people may like it more than they realize. Sommeliers love sweeter wines like Riesling because of their versatility and ability to pair with a TON of stuff. I think the Sauvvy B works so well because it's an extremely savory grape varietal and can play nicely with the balance of sugar. For what it's worth: Since alcohol is a lower percentage at 9%, that means it actually has fewer calories (sugar has fewer calories than alcohol). Hence the name 'Easy Tiger'. Pretty cute.
