THE BEST HEALTHY COLESLAW My dad eats homemade coleslaw daily. He kind of ruined coleslaw for me because his was always the best of anything I’ve tried. This side dish really reminds me of home and I had to make my own healthy rendition. (Note: his really isn’t that unhealthy we just used different sweeteners etc.) The best part about coleslaw is it truly takes 5 minutes to prep and put together. This can be served right away for that extra crunchiness that everyone enjoys.. who doesn’t love coleslaw! Let me know if you try it. Everything we use is organic.
