Ricki Lake says she didn’t use Ozempic to drop at least 30 pounds amid perimenopause. “On October 26th, 2023 I made a commitment to myself to get healthier. My husband, Ross [Burningham] joined me in this effort,” the star, 55, captioned a Saturday Instagram carousel of photos.
