Grab a Bag of my Protein Smoothie: https://www.shopflavcity.com/products/vanilla-protein-smoothie Ingredients: 1/4 cup quinoa 2-4 tbsp heavy cream (or coconut milk) 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon) 1 tbsp peanut butter Walnuts 1/2 scoop (1/4 cup) @flavcity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Greek Yogurt Directions: Pour 1/4 cup quinoa into boiling water and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain water out. (Don’t put boiling water down your drain as it may damage the pipes). Put the quinoa back into the bowl and place it back on the medium/low heat. Add 3 tbsp heavy cream, the maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and peanut butter. Stir and let it thicken for a few minutes. Remove from heat and set aside while you chop some walnuts. Add in our Protein Smoothie, along with 2 tbsp heavy cream, and a splash of vanilla extract. Mix and pour into a bowl. Top with Greek yogurt, chopped walnuts, and a dash more pumpkin pie spice, and enjoy! (FYI this recipe can be made with any of my Protein Smoothie flavors.)
