Her customize program with tummy warrior included, eating more focusing on her nutrition, her anterior pelvic tilt and exercise to pull in her lower abdomen since she was upper ab gripping. Unfortunately, these group classes do not teach you these things. It’s better to work with a postpartum specialist!
