Feel free to add some ice cubes to make it more cold! Recipe Macros: 334 calories (per 35g avocado), Protein: 12.5g, Fat: 12.9g, Carbs: 49.3 g Printed recipe is also available on my website. Ingredients: ๐Ÿฅญ1 cup frozen mangoes ๐Ÿ‘1 ripe fresh peach 1/2 cup unsweetened plain plant based yogurt (I used soy) 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk (I used soy) 1 tbsp ground flax 1/4 of an ๐Ÿฅ‘ Optional toppings: Ice cubes Low fat granola Vanilla protein powder Instructions: Toss everything in a blender and enjoy!
