And if you're short on time, the best thing you can do is make the most of what you're already doing. Enter #RUCKING Aka walking with weight on your back. I added in a 25 lb vest (or the 40 lb human child you see here) for 5,000 of my 10000 daily steps and the weight melted off. Didn't really effect hunger either. It was a game changer for me.
