Having something like this in your daily routine is supposed to change how the body feels at all times and the diet is in combination with is designed to help you lose weight or so the company claims. I name 4 things in this video I liked and 4 things I didn't. Some Good Things: 😊 I saw/experienced No Results after over 2 months (I felt no different and lost 1 pound). Some Good Things: The ingredients are natural, they claim but always check in with your Doctor to make sure they are a safe bet for YOU! Product does NOT contain soy, gluten or dairy according to the Golo company. Nicely packaged and prompt delivery & initial good customer care getting set up. Easy to follow instruction manual and meal prep/recipe book plus capsules are small and easy to take. 60 day return for refund guarantee. Some Bad Things: πŸ˜’ Not the greatest Customer Support. They make you think at first, they are there for you but there is no real personal customer service, just canned responses and no realistic help. The Diet is extremely restrictive and if you are a foodie like Me, you WILL be hungry and miserable. You will not be as the company says Lovin Life! They don't talk about exercise much. For anyone looking to be healthier, exercise is key. Lastly, you have to stay on the product and at 40 bucks a month that may not be the best option for all. I love Weight Watchers and Richard Simmons' old Deal a Meal plan. Weightwatchers.com 2) Drink lots of water, your weight daily in water if you can. At least 1 glass of water daily CAN have some lemon squeezed into or ACV or fruit chunks Just DRINK Up. It will feel you up and hydrate you. Plus, help to flush weight out. 3) Exercise for 30 minutes at least 5 days a week. I love to take walks and love to dance.
