I LOSE 10KG WITHOUT ANY CRAZY DIETS - Week 6 Current weight: 76.6kg (168.8 lb) Adherence: 5/7 ๐Ÿ“‰ -0.4kg from last week ๐Ÿ“‰ -2.62kg overall Calories: 2300 kcal 260c / 60f / 180p Steps: 10,000 This week was my birthday week and we have still managed to lose 400g despite not properly tracking for 2 days. I think I was actually still in a deficit though for all of my days as I was pretty conserative with the food I ate. I just pretty much ate lean protein only for the entire "cheat" day so that when it came to dinner, I didn't have to track the food. And I didn't go ham on the food either. I ate everything that was made, I had cake, I drank and I still managed to lose weight. I just stopped when I was satisfied with the food. Also, it probably helped that I went to an omakase for one of the nights. Shit was fkn $450 between my girlfriend and I, and of course the portion was pretty small. I could have gotten half a Playstation Pro. Probably will never go again, but you know what? I was actually pretty proud of myself that I didn't decide to get more food afterwards like I usually do whenever I go to fine dining. I was a bit worried that I might slow down the momentum with my current weight loss, but this went surprisingly well. I do actually have 2 more dinners that I don't know how to track, but if it went this well, then I'm not actually worried. I'll just eat chicken breast all day again and then not track the dinner.
