How to lose weight without calorie counting There is a way to lose weight sustainably and not have to track every gram of food… Quick disclaimer. Calorie tracking is an incredibly effective tool. All my clients will track their intake at some point. However, it’s not an effective long-term strategy. Your fat loss shouldn’t be dependent on it. Here are 5 habits you can incorporate which will help you achieve a calorie deficit, without calorie tracking. Eat nutrient-dense foods, most of the time. Eat more at meal times Eliminate snacking Fill up on protein Aim for 7-10k steps per day. Sounds easy right? Being consistent with the above can lead to long-term fat loss success, without feeling hungry all the time. These are just a few examples of the habits I incorporate with my coaching clients.
