1 ½ cup peanut butter powder ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Mix powder and applesauce. Add one or two tablespoons of applesauce if the mixture is too hard. You want it to be as thick as fudge. Roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Slowly melt chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler. Heat for 10-15 seconds, then stir. Do this several times until your chips have melted. Dunk or drizzle over peanut butter balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
