Boxing was an incredible addition to his routine since its impact is felt in the entire body, not just the arms and legs. Although Jonah mainly attributes a nutrient packed and prudent diet for his weight loss, the importance of exercise surely cannot be sided out. While adhering to a very agile routine, Jonah began with light #celebrityworkout such as running, sit-ups, push-ups. Since he was an amateur with no prior workouts experience, he hired a fitness instructor to make his weight loss journey more systematic. In the beginning, he performed mild workouts as per his endurance and stamina, but as he grew comfortable with the workouts, he moved on to bigger and more rewarding exercises. He then became so closely aligned with workouts that he could easily perform hundreds of push-ups without being exhausted.
