Is TV getting in the way of you losing weight? One of the most common comments I hear when asking clients why they haven’t been able to successfully lose weight or get healthy is I don’t have the time to exercise/food prep/focus or I’m too tired. The easiest way to find an extra hour in the day to fit in a workout is to join the 5 AM. club! The trick? You need to get to sleep by 10 PM though which is a struggle for so many because of their beloved TV programs or wasting hours mindlessly scrolling social media. Committing to shutting all screens down 30 min before lights out will contribute to being rested and ready for your 5 AM workout.
