A Many of my clients work full time and find it hard to find time to exercise.🤔 MS research shows that exercising throughout the day is just as effective as exercising all at once!🙌🏻 Here’s how to make it work for you: - Write down the number of seated exercises you have - Write down the number of standing exercises you have - Write down the times throughout your day that you’re sitting (ie. At work, when eating a meal, when relaxing, etc). - write down the times you’re standing throughout the day (ie.
