I LOVE that women in their 30s are thinking about how to prepare for perimenopause! Here’s what I wish I knew before I was in it: -strength train, strength train, strength train -eat for nutrition, not to lose weight -track your cycle and your symptoms + bring it to every Dr appt -stress impacts your body and your health more than you realize, take rest seriously -your friends are probably going through similar things as you, and if they’re not they eventually will be. Get comfortable with talking to them about it! Community is everything -your hormones are shifting, give yourself some grace!
