This can even lead to us having something resembling a turkey neck. An excellent way to firm up loose neck skin is to workout the Platysma muscle at your neck. The Platysma muscle runs from your upper chest to lower jaw and face. When you bring your mouth down and outwards, you are contracting the Platysma. When you workout your Platysma, you are essentially helping to give yourself a lower face lift. All you have to do is bring your mouth out and down and hold that position. Do that 10 times for 10 seconds each as a baseline workout. Then you can work up from there once you get more used to the exercise.
