High-protein Breakfast Wrap😋 This is such an easy and tasty breakfast idea and it contains about 30g protein! • Ingredients: 2 eggs 1/2 cup (lactose-free) low fat cottage cheese (120 ml / about 100g) pinch of salt pinch of pepper 1 (gluten-free) tortilla handful of arugula pesto, to taste 1 tomato, sliced 1 oz. / 30 g (lactose-free) feta • 1. Add the eggs, cottage cheese, salt & pepper into a blender and mix until smooth 2. Pour into a greased pan and add the tortilla on top. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Flip it around and cook for 2 more minutes 3. Add your fillings, fold the wrap and enjoy! #glutenfree #breakfast
