#4 is the easiest but also done the least… 🤔 #2 is the least common but makes the biggest difference 😉 The truth is this whole weight loss thing is NOT hard… But it also needs to be done quite a bit differently than you’ve been taught your entire life by friends, peers and diets. These 4 hacks are what move the needle the quickest and easiest for our 1 on 1 clients and now I get to share them with you 😎 1️⃣ Have a fist sized amount of protein at every meal. Getting your protein in is key to making sure the weight you lose is fat not muscle. If you follow this rule you’re guaranteed to get way closer to your daily needs. 2️⃣ Figure out if you should already be losing weight or not. Track how many calories you’re eating for the next 3 days then find the average. After that use a free TDEE calculator to learn how many calories you SHOULD be eating to maintain. - If you’re eating UNDER that new number but not losing weight… it’s time for a Diet Detox. - If you’re eating ABOVE that new number simply drop your calories to about 200 calories under you TDEE and stay consistent. 3️⃣ Stop demonizing any specific foods or food groups. There are no bad foods and no foods that will add or subtract from your progress faster than others. Your body needs proteins, carbs and fats regularly… stop avoiding any one of them. 4️⃣ Stop saying no to your cravings. The reason you have cravings is often because you don’t listen to cravings… Our clients kill cravings by doing two simple things - NOT starving themselves - NOT depriving themselves of what they want Simple stuff right?
