That means we have a biological clock in our body. So if we eat everyday at the same time and we follow that particular pattern and the body also gets into a cyclical hormonal pattern in the body and this prevents gallstone formation. Once Gallstone is formed, that means his food hats are not very good and he may be eating high fatty foods and deep fried foods and foods that contain oxidants. Too much gassy foods, too much of dals and fried items which contains maida, besan. Foods that cause bloating and gas can also cause indigestion in the stomach and can also cause gallstone problems, that is it causes stasis of the gallbladder juice for a very long time, which intermittent and which needs to deposit gallstone formation . so there are 2 to 3 varieties of gallstones. It could be a biliary stone, it could be a cholesterol stone formation, which is usually a single stone. So these multiple stones could be because of your irregular food hats. Cholesterol stone can be due to high cholesterol in the body itself. So we need to check ourselves what is the reason why gallstone has developed. Most often gallstone does cause some complication and they may require surgery at any time one day. Once the complication has developed , gall bladder has to be removed if the complication has not developed, individual is advised to have a healthy eating pattern. Even after the removal of the gall bladder for gallstones, we have to develop a very healthy pattern of food habits and maintain the cycle in a very healthy manner that is most important.
