PROGRESS: 7 lbs down. 1st time in over 2 yrs that I was consistent with eating healthy and working out minimum 4 days a wk for more than 2 weeks. This Saturday marks 4 weeks 💪🏾💪🏾 Never give up on yourself. It gets harder as we get older, yes. Keep going.
