Easy Chicken and Broccoli recipe | Healthy Chicken and Broccoli chicken and broccoli recipes Ingredients To marinate the chicken • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces • Salt • ½ tsp Pepper • ½ tsp Paprika Other ingredients • 2 tsp oil • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp minced garlic • 1 tsp red pepper flakes • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning • 1/2 cup chicken broth • 1 tsp lemon juice • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper • 1 cup steam-cooked broccoli • Cilantro to garnish How to make easy chicken and broccoli recipe 1. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Set it aside for 15 minutes 2. Heat 2 tsp oil + 1 tbsp butter on medium heat. 3. Add chicken. Cook until the color of the chicken turns from pink to white. Stir and cook until the chicken is just cooked. Do not overcook the chicken. Remove it to a plate. Keep it covered. 4. To the same pan, add butter. 5. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 30 seconds. 6. Add chicken broth. Stir and gently scrape to dissolve the tiny bits sticking to the pan. 7. Add lemon juice and pepper. Combine and cook until the sauce reduces. 8. Add broccoli and chicken. Combine and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat. 9. Garnish with cilantro.
