Set aside and let cool slightly. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and mustard. Stir in cottage cheese and cheese. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full and bake at 400 for 13-15 minutes or until set. Makes 18 servings. WW Points per serving - 1 PTs.
