Dry Fruit Smoothie Servings - 2 INGREDIENTS Cashews - 2 tablespoons Pistachios - 2 tablespoons Almonds - 2 tablespoons Raisins - 1 tablespoon Dates - 2 tablespoons Chilled milk - 400 milliliters Bananas - 120 grams Honey - 1 teaspoon Almonds - for garnishing Pistachios - for garnishing PREPARATION 1. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons cashews, 2 tablespoons pistachios, 2 tablespoons almonds, 1 tablespoon raisins, 2 tablespoons dates, 400 milliliters chilled milk and soak for 10 minutes. 2. In a blender, add 120 grams bananas, soaked mixture, 1 teaspoon honey and blend it well. 3. Garnish with almonds and pistachios. 4. Serve.
