There's been quite a bit of talk regarding Chocolate Milk as a post-exercise recovery drink. In a world full of recovery beverages, supplements and ideas, sometimes, simplicity is the best. Most of us have tried chocolate milk for enjoyment purposes, but can this be used also for athletic recovery.
