This is my day 316 recap of my 2024 efforts at body transformation. For this particular month, I will be doing three spaced out days of reducing my calorie intake to at least 30% below my BMR. This strategy was outlined in the book "Weight Loss Without Plateau" by Daniel Magyar. Not sure I liked the combination of scrambled eggs with plain ground turkey. I will likely go back to hard boiled eggs as the norm. 2023 was a solid success for personal body transformation. I have started 2024 off by taking the Carnivore plunge. Regardless of how long I adhere to the carnivore program, I will continue to provide updates on my strategies and efforts at body transformation. My weight gain began about 40 years ago and has impacted my quality of life in so many areas ever since.
