Who says you can’t have sweets and lose weight?! If they do they’re wrong… I make alternatives to high calorie dense foods like “fruit dip” and I don’t “fill up” on fruit. Although there is still nothing by wrong with that other than the fact you might get a little hangry later. I love eating bulky meals that fill me up and stay with me. I added veggies and greens for bulk and grains to keep me full. I hope you try this sauce!! I think it’s going to inspire so many fun sweet treats! Vanilla Sauce 1/2 block extra firm Mori Nu tofu 2 tsp vanilla and/or coconut extract 1 tbs stevia or 3-4 dates 1/4 cup cashew 1/4 cup almond milk 3 tbs total lemon and lime juice Pinch of salt optional Salad Romain or iceberg lettuce Green grapes Honey dew Mango Banana Apple Other options: celery, cranberry, pear, blueberry
