I had to try the viral High Protein Mac & Cheese and it did not disappoint! My trusty @DalesSeasoning sauce pulled through also as an extra marinade for the chicken and HOLY COW! 😍 This is a must-try! 💥High Protein Mac and Cheese Meal Prep 👇🏽 Inspired by @jalalsamfit 💪🏽 Here is what I used: 1 chicken breast (cubbed) 4 cups macaroni noodles 1 cup cream cheese 1 cup shredded cheese 2 tbsp buffalo hot sauce 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp bbq sauce ⅓ cup almond milk 1 tbsp Dale’s seasoning Salt, Pepper to taste 1 tbsp paprika How to Make: 1. Dice the chicken and place into a medium sized mixing bowl. Season with the salt, pepper, paprika and Dale’s sauce. 2. Let marinate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator and saute in a medium size pan with bbq sauce and honey for 12 minutes or until the chicken has cooked through. 3. Set the chicken aside and in the same pan begin to melt the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and add in the almond milk. 4. Once that has melted, add in the cooked macaroni shells and mix together. 5.
