Itā€™s better to adopt a balanced diet that you can maintain and avoid the yo-yoing and weight gain that follows. šŸ½ļø Drastically cutting calories: A sudden decrease in calorie intake can slow down your metabolism and deprive your body of essential nutrients. Itā€™s better to focus on getting adequate portion sizes and enjoying balanced meals. šŸ•’ Skipping meals: This can lead to overeating later on. Itā€™s important to listen to your body and eat when youā€™re hungry. šŸž Cutting carbs completely: Carbs are an essential energy source.
