What’s better for weight loss? The “healthy” option isn’t always the best option. Yes the subway has more calories and it has more protein. Yes the McDonald’s has less calories, less protein & more fat. Look, I don’t recommend you eat either on a regular basis. I do recommend you live by the 80/20 rule though. 80% healthy, nutritious foods and 20% whatever you want just keep it within your calorie budget. This balance is what’s going to help you actually stay on track of or goals. If hitting McDonald’s once a week, or having some ice cream, or eating cookies is going to help you stay on track of your goals, then do it. If you’re looking for a sustainable, enjoyable, and realistic approach to your weight loss then follow for more ✊🏻
