BAD vs GOOD snacks for weight loss... Disclaimer, when I say "bad" and "good", I don't mean you shouldn't eat these foods, or that you can't lose weight with the first option. This post is meant to show the calorie density in different foods, to help you make food choices to reach your weight loss goals easier 🙌 The first snack option is very small, and contains 500 calories, which is quite a lot for a snack when in a calorie deficit. The second snack is quite big, and contains HALF the calories (250 calories). I've also included 2 small chocolates, because you don't need to cut out any foods when losing weight!
