This 1800 Calorie Diet Plan is high in protein, easy to follow and full of delicious recipes. It is designed to help you manage your meals efficiently while maintaining 1800 Calories per day. Since this is a meal prep-supporting meal plan, you don't have to make new meals every day, making it ideal for busy individuals. You'll do one meal prep session for Monday-Wednesday, and another for Thursday-Saturday. On Sunday, you'll prepare a special meal that yields additional portions to share or freeze.
