Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes 2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy • • *If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use less than 65g strawberries and 60g raspberries per serving and add frozen blueberries nstead😁
