Welcome to my diabetes channel! Let's talk about Ozempic, weight loss, side effects and I'll give you a 2 month update. For context, I live with Type 1 Diabetes and I take Ozempic for both blood sugar management, and weight loss. I have had an interesting journey on Ozempic with a lot of ups and downs. Some people will claim this is the "easy way out." I don't buy into that bullsh*t. You have to do what you have to do for your individual health goals. Whether that's bariatric surgery, diet and exercise, or Ozempic, they're all hard. You're just choosing your hard. ✨ 6-month Ozempic update: https://youtu.be/w-3cgQE6kG0 ✨ Here's how to take Ozempic: https://youtu.be/RUV_6K6qwlQ ✨ Dealing with nausea? Here are some natural remedies: https://youtu.be/WEOQ5g2epP8 This is just one video of several with my experience on Ozempic. I have taken a gradual, and sustainable approach to weight loss because I'm really excited to share this video because originally I was extremely afraid of taking Ozempic. I'd heard a lot about side effects and didn't think it'd be for me. I've had some really great weight loss with ozempic, and the side effects haven't been too awful. After 2 months I've had steady weight loss (which has always been hard for me with PCOS, insulin resistance and Type 1.5 diabetes (or LADA) while still taking insulin. Additionally, my blood sugars have been ridiculously good. Fastings under 100 mg/dL and mealtimes coasting in the 150's. I talk about some of the side effects (and initially not having them and then suddenly having them badly). The before and after in the thumbnail is a video I shot in May (at a similar starting weight) on the left, and the "during" photo on the right is of me on the day of uploading this video. I'm wearing the same shirt and glasses for reference. I'm curious if you've seen similar results with using Ozempic.
