As a dietitian working with clients every day, I know weight loss is very much a peoples game. People have their own individual circumstances and reasons for not losing weight. Most of my job is actually navigating these barriers rather than actually showing people what to do. However, there are behaviours and strategies, that if everyone put them into place, they would lose weight. No question. This video talks about the strategies and behaviours that everyone can use to help them lose weight. There is a system, an instruction manual if you will, which can guide you through the weight loss journey. Once people come to terms with what is necessary to achieve sustainable weight loss, it is then a question of putting theory into action.
